A public calendar of Toastmasters meetings, help from other clubs, one QR code for good, sub-committees with their own tools, and a bell that tells you what needs you.

Short of a Timer or an Evaluator? Officers ask other clubs for help with one tap. Members of any club offer to take the role, and the club accepts the person it wants.
For officers
Your club now has one permanent QR code. It always opens your current meeting — print it once on a banner or put it on your opening slide. Every printed agenda carries it too.
Everyone
A bell in the header shows what needs you: offers to help, roles you’ve been given, newly published meetings. Open one to see the details, or see them all on the Notifications page.
For officers
Add members to your sub-committee and choose what they may do — create meetings, assign roles, run attendance, manage members. Great for growing next year’s officers.
For officers
Draft meetings now wear a Draft badge, and your meetings page reminds you which ones are still drafts. Publishing puts the meeting on the calendar and can email members that roles are open.
For officers
See the printed agenda right in the app — PDF on a laptop, image on a phone. Refresh after a change. No more four copies of the same file in your downloads.
For officers
The meeting page now has one main button (Build agenda), live counts on Fill roles and Help from other clubs, everything for sharing in one Share menu, and the rest under “More”.

Run a club contest from the same app: contest roles, contest agendas and a redesigned agenda builder.
For officers
Choose “Contest” when you create a meeting and it starts with a ready contest agenda: Contest Chair, Chief Judge, timers, ballot counters and contestants. Several contests in one night are fine.
For officers
Drag sections, rename them, add the roles you need and assign people — all in one drawer. Speeches keep their evaluators when you reorder.
For officers
Save your club’s running order as a template and start every new meeting from it.
