Drafts stay off the calendar and the club QR. Publishing puts the meeting out and tells members roles are open.
Your meetings page tells you when upcoming meetings are still drafts, and each draft wears a dashed “Draft” badge. “Review & publish” lets you publish several at once.
On a draft meeting, the officer bar says so and has a Publish button.
The confirmation says what publishing does. Keep “Email members that roles are open” on to send the email (once per meeting) — everyone also gets a notification in the app.
