Offer to help another club
Get extra stage time and meet new Toastmasters by taking a role at a club that needs a hand.
Open the meeting calendar and tap “Needs help”
From the website or the app, open Find a meeting. The “Needs help” chip shows only meetings that are asking for a role-taker. Narrow it down with Online, country, day or time.
Open a meeting and offer
Tap a meeting to see its details and the roles it needs. Tap “Offer to help”, add a line about yourself if you like, and send.
Wait for the club to confirm
Your offer shows as “Offer sent”. You can withdraw it while you wait. All your offers are also listed on your My Journey page.
You’re on!
When the club accepts, the bell lights up and you get an email with the date, time and venue. Open the notification to go straight to the meeting and your role checklist.
Good to know
- You must be an active member of a club on TM Club Hub to offer.
- Members of the host club claim roles on their meeting page instead.
